Because you asked me what I think about the proportions:
There isn't much I can say about the proportions. Your main concern is the pose or perspective, which looks unnatural like his body is twisted.
You could follow the angle of the shoulder to work out the rest of the body below the waist because the legs look like they're facing another way. You could also refer to photo reference (even 3d models) for a better idea of how to draw the body in the correct perspective all the way through.
